Dutch power house diva Divine officially kicks off summer season with her uplifting and feel good “Strings of Freedom“. Preparing for her festival summer with key performances at Paaspop Festival, Thuishaven, Pride (Oslo, Amsterdam & Zandvoort) and 7th Sunday Festival. Hailing from the Antilles in the Caribbean, raised in Amsterdam, Divine grew out to be the most recognizable faces of current Amsterdam house culture. With previous releases under her belt together with fellow legends of house Rene Amesz, Nhan Solo (Mother Recordings), Leon Benesty, Earth ‘n Days and Danny Rhys (Toolroom) to name a few.

“Strings of Freedom” showcases Divine her multi-talented skills; by songwriting, singing and producing her latest single, the Dutch lady of house is stepping up her game. Seamingless blending influences from disco house with the fresh and soulful vocal hook by Divine that turns any cloudy day in an ocean of sunshine and feelgood vibes.

Divine’s previous success release “Ravin’” on the Simma Black imprint reached number 15 in the official UK’s Music Week “Cool Cuts” Chart in September 2020. Her music is supported and played by leading influencing DJ’s such as Low Steppa,  Mark Knight,  Riva Starr, Claptone, Kryder, Marco Carola, Bob Sinclar, while being played on BBC Radio 1 and KISS FM in the UK.

For her newest release Divine is teaming up with the Epic247 label team, launching their new “Release the House” imprint, as a platform to nurture house culture and its up and coming artist. Epic247 recently have been making big waves with their releases, such as Thomas Newson ‘Can’t You See’ and Laura van Dam her “Better Than This” releases. Position the label as the home for real music by real artists in the electronic and house scene, while not limiting themself to one specific genre, but providing the platform to develop artists and nurture their music.
